• Time: 1:00 AM MDT (Mountain Daylight Time)

• Duration: 8 hours

 
Impact:
 

• The Jelastic User Dashboard (https://app.cp-accuweb.cloud/) will be unavailable for the entire duration of the upgrade.

• API requests, CLI, JCA, SSH Gate, and Zabbix may experience periodic interruptions while corresponding infrastructure components are being upgraded.

 

Please note: There will be no impact on your cloud environments or network services—your cloud services will remain fully operational.
